Cambridge Volunteer Opportunities
ArCS Cluster is currently working to expand our immigrant support services in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Our primary goal is to help new immigrants start their lives in Cambridge. We do that by providing safe housing within Cambridge households and offering comprehensive wraparound support to ensure our guests can successfully navigate their new lives.
In order to accommodate new guests, we are especially seeking host households. To provide some stability and continuity for our guests, we ask that each host make a two to three month commitment. Each host is assigned a liaison contact who serves as a point person for their guest’s support team. This liaison facilitates the host-guest relationship, helps address needs that arise for both guest and host, and coordinates the support team’s efforts to meet the guest’s needs.
